Leona debated whether or not to get her side checked. It was healing, and the bleeding had stopped, which was usually a good sign. But what about internal damage- nevermind, those who needed treatment more than her should get it.

A man dressed in the bright blue and orange cloths of an emergency medical physician walked over to Leona. Quickly he looked her over, his eyes resting on her bloody cloths.
“Please sit down miss. We will take care of you.”
He didn’t touch her, but stayed close enough to catch her, should she faint, offered an arm for support.

The woman checking Shana over asked James and then helped to mover her on a stretcher.
“If you want to, you can come to hospital with us.”

More police officers arrived and started to walk towards all of the uninjured ones, firmly asking them to come along the police station for questioning. The Voidbringers followed their commands and were seated into some of the cars and soon after left the site with the police. As soon as the adults were taken care of, the police focused more on the teens, asked them to come along as well.

Another medic kneeled down next to Ben and shook him gently.
“Hello? Can you hear me?”
He asked and checked his vitals.

Some police officers asked Rob to come with them to the police station, for questioning. How would they explain what happened? A shooting, but there were no bullet holes. Instead, just a bunch of unconscious people. The healing had removed any injuries.

Rob stood up to follow them, but looked down to the medic tending to Ben.

“He is unconscious,” Rob said, thinking of what to say. “He fainted.”

He looked the medic straight in the eyes. Would they think Rib was lying because he didn’t show any emotion?

“And I am calm because I am in shock,” he said bluntly, which was actually a pretty good excuse.

A police officer took her and led her over to one of the waiting cars. His partner opened the door and pointed inside.

The medic looked at him as well, quiet for a moment. Then he wordlessly gestured for him to sit down again.

"I want to look him over, once I'm done with the boy here."

He told the police officer.

"What's the name of your friend?"

His hands never left the wound the knife had left in Ben's side, his brows creased in worry.

Evelyn could hear voices. They seemed strangely far away. Hazy. Evelyn groaned and tried to sit up. That was a mistake. Pain exploded in her back, and she fell to the ground again with a small cry.

Pain. Why was there pain again? One of the voidbringers must have hit her. Her head hurt too. At least she could hear the voices now, though they were far too loud. She couldn't figure out what they were talking about. Could they be voidbringers? Evelyn dismissed the idea almost immediately. Should she try sitting up? Again, the answer was no. Last time she had tried sitting up it had hurt a lot. I should at least try to see what's happening, Evelyn thought.

Evelyn rolled over and opened her eyes. There were lots of lights. And people. Walking around. One of the people approached her.

"Miss, are you alright?"

Evelyn stared at them blankly for a moment as the words penetrated, and then she slowly shook her head.

Leona sat down and praise to high heaven nobody noticed the massive sword in the back of the van.

Ashlyn stands up slowly, then in the slight chaos of the paramedics arriving kicks her handgun into a storm drain. She could always get a new one, and having it would complicate things with the police. When an officer talks to her about coming to the station for questioning she nods, and follows.

"To be honest" James said, with some authenticity, "I don't quite fully know." He shrugged his shoulders, "I just know that my friends were in trouble, and that I couldn't just stand aside and do nothing."

"You are alright."

He stated, confusion and misstrust colouring his voice. He lifted his hand and two police officers came over, placed themselves left and right from Leona.

"Please come with us, Miss."

The police officer replied and offered Rob a hand to get up. Meanwhile Ben's unconcious form was placed on a strechter and wheeled towards the closest MICU.

"Please follow your friend."

So I figured the hospital group will end up in the same room, as will the police group, so that you can interact with each other as well. Then all of us can meet at Doc's place after answering the questions of the police. If anybody else wants to play their NPCs like Hope Spren does feel free to do so at any time.

Leona stood up, and followed the medic into a van. She did have weapons on her, which would make them even more suspicious.

She followed them into a police car, and sat obediently in the back seat. 

"What happened here?" an officer asked as they drove off. "I want the whole story. And just the truth. No funny business." She paled. How was she supposed to explain this? The others would have different stories. It wasn't like she could just explain MAGIC to them. 

"I want to talk to my friends first. Make sure they're okay."

Rob nodded and stood without taking the officer’s hand. He looked to the officer with a blank expression. He didn’t know what to say. Didn’t everything he said from now have the ability to be used against him in court. Which means the logical thing would be to demand a lawyer.

“I hope everyone will be okay,” he said instead and followed where Ben was being wheeled to.

Cassie glanced up from her phone when Ashlyn and Leona got into the car, instinctively crossing her leg to hide Joy down by her feet. Not that anyone here besides Leona could see the little spren, but still. She quickly sent the text she'd been composing to the group chat, begging anyone who wasn't already at the scene to not show up and complicate things. Things were definitely complicated enough without further arrivals. She scanned the windows as their car started moving, looking for Jamie - well, everyone, but Jamie too - and noticed James with a sword on his back. Had he sworn another Ideal? Wasn't the Nightwatcher supposed to be adverse to being weaponized, or was that just the Stormfather?

She chewed her lip when the driver started talking, then nodded after Leona had spoken and gave her a grateful look. As usual, Cassie'd had no idea what to say. Wasn't she supposed to be the adventurous one, as a Willshaper? Get better, she chanted to herself angrily as they drove on.

The medics loaded Ben into the car and then after Rob had stepped inside started to drive to the hospital. They arrived there after a while, doctors already waiting. In front of their car, was the other one, with James and Shana inside. Doctors wheeled both stretchers away into one of the rooms, allowing both Rob and James to follow, if they wanted to. Both Shana and Ben were looked after, their injuries treated. Two police officers were also there, waited for the doctors to leave. They had questions. At first probably only for Rob and James, later for the other two as well.

The police cars pulled up in front of the station and those inside of the care were asked to step outside.

"Please follow us into the building."

One of the officers commanded more than he asked and pointed at the large door.

"We will start questioning you immediatly."

Apologies for the super long post. 

After aimlessly floating in darkness for a while, Ben opened his eyes. Immediately he shut them. The light was too bright and made him dizzy. Instantly a sense of panic overtook him and clenched around his heart. He didn’t know where he was, what had happened. Shana could be hurt, they could have been captured by Voidbringers. What if no one had gotten his message? Was he in the Voidbringer’s base? Where was Shana? How long has he been out? He slowed his breathing down, trying to keep from hyperventilating. Breathing too quickly made him dizzy too. He decided to take stock of things rationally, to not make any assumptions before he had all possible information. He slowly cracked open his eyes, waiting for them to adjust to the light. The ceiling was white. He was in a hospital bed. Feeling at his side, he found that Shana’s improvised bandage had been replaced with a clean, sterile one. That was good. He still was concerned about the state of the wound, though. He was worried that without a substantial amount of stormlight, there would be some serious lasting damage. He turned his head slightly, straining to keep the disorientation from making him black out again. There was another hospital bed next to him. Was that Shana in it? His vision was swimming, but he was fairly certain that it was her. He was relieved she was here with him, but extremely nervous about why she was in a hospital bed too. Her eyes were closed. Was she unconscious or just sleeping? Was she hurt? He couldn’t see any obvious injuries, but knew that didn’t rule much out. He desperately wanted to rush over to her and heal whatever wounds she had, but he couldn’t even sit up. There wasn’t any stormlight nearby, either.

Sorry for taking so long, my sister came to visit for about a week and a half and I kinda disappear from the internet when that happens.

Edwin followed the officers towards the building, they were going to have to explain everything. He wasn't too worried though, his mind was in the hospital with the others. If the arrival of the police meant that the others would be alright, having to explain a bit of glowing and evil seeds was nothing in exchange.

“Yeah,” Rob said, face impassive but looking down. He glanced at the police officers, and then at the room where the injured were being wheeled off to, and began to slowly walk in that direction.

“I was just about to talk with someone, too.” Ashlyn. She was nice, but Rob kept his face stone cold.
