Jamie sighed, looking glumly at the burning house. "So now we're in Inception, is that it?" she pointed at the burning house, "What's up with that?" The house didn't seem to be be actually burning. Flames continued to spurt from it, but it's shape reamained exactly the same.

~~~
Doc stepped up to James. "Any idea how you brought us here? Inquiring Godspren want to know." Doc grinned slightly.
I've never seen anything like this before. That woman! Bah!
Good to see you too, Thunderhead, The Nightwatcher noted, snarkily.
"I scared off that Unmade thing when I swore an Ideal, and then I focused on finding the others- and they came. I think I pulled them into my own dream- given we seem to be partially in the cognitive realm." James frowned, "So I guess this means that everyone is inside my head. Stranger things have happened, I suppose"
They would not be in the cognitive realm (not in the way you're probably thinking, at least).
Draug looked up. "Were you the one that did this?" he asked intently.
"Yeah. So you Connected our dreams. This could have many uses..." Doc ran his hands through his hair, "Any idea why the house is on fire."
I remember something like this... Visions... It may be that this is similar to those. The Stormfather's rumble seemed to change It's been a long time... he grumbled to the Nightwatcher.
"Might have accidentally pulled more than just the people in." James said, raising his hands in the universal gesture for 'I don't know', "But whatever it was- it was hard on Shana." James tried so hard, but it slipped out, "It's just like Tel'aran'rhiod!"
Taking a deep breath she turned and walked back towards the house, to the flames. The cellar was aflame as well, a part of the ceiling had broken away and there he was Rob. He stood there, burning, while a stranger talked to him, and someone was laughing. Shana stared at herself, laughing at Rob while burned, his face impassive, while his father taunted him told him that only girls cried. Ben, if that was happening to Rob, what would be happening to him?
She jumped down into the pit, ignored the flames, the shadows between the flames and ran over to Rob, hugged him tightly. The flames hurt, but she didn't care, she'd started crying again.
"It's not real Rob. I'm sorry. You're alive and I'm so sorry. James, says it's not real. And he's a bondsmith, he has to know."
She mumbled incoherently, repeated herself again and again. He was alive, and she was his nightmare.
"That's not me Rob, please, don't hate me because of it. I never wanted to hurt you, I messed it all up. It's not real."
Her face turned into a grimace when the flames burned her skin, but she didn't let got, unless he would push her away. Flames needed air, maybe she could snuff them out somehow.
Rob winced when the second Shana hugged him, expecting something similar to the first Shana. But the second Shana kept mumbling and told him this wasn’t real, that this wasn’t her.
Real?
His father looked over imperiously, his face a mask of stone, even more emotionless than Rob. He frowned at the second Shana. “Look at her, she cries. That’s what women do. You are a man.”
Rob ignored him. Not real. This wasn’t real? As he looked around, things slowly shifted into place. He hadn’t seen his father in years. And there were two Shanas, and one of them was evil? Shana didn’t laugh as she burned things down. And this Shana, hugging him, was she real? Why was she here?
“Where am I?” Rob asked. “Why are we here?” His voice was strained. But even as the flames hurt badly, no signs of actual burns could be seen on either of them. Like it was a... dream?
Where is Flid right now? Is he also in the burning cellar?
I'm with everyone else, yeah.
Yeah, but everyone’s like in a different location. Mostly everyone is outside the burning house. And then as far as I can see Shana went to the cellar to get Rob. So, is he with everyone outside? Or in the cellar with Rob and Shana (and the evil clone Shana :P)?
"Well it's not just like it. It isn't a reflection of our own world, but a shared consciousness. Still, preception reigns supreme here." Doc gestured to his clothing, "It changed when I left my own dream." Doc cencentrated, holding out his hand. After a few seconds, a massive Blade appeared there. Doc grinned widely and rammed the sword into the ground.
"It worked. Reality is malleble here, it seems." He let go of his focus for a split second and the blade poofed away.
"And now my head hurts. Yippe."
James burst out into a sudden grin. " You understood my Wheel of Time reference!" he exclaimed in joy.
Turning to Draug he said, "Yep, what we got here is a prime example of Connection- Spiritual Adhesion I suppose you could call it."
Draug looked at him blankly. "...what?"
"Normally the Surge of Adhesion sticks things together, but what I just did was a more Spiritual version-I think- sticking our conciousness together." James explained
So, is Sha-theoxis gone from the house? Or just their dreams? Either way...
Jason held onto his childhood friend, the patterns of lines oddly soothing. He stood, breathing and forcing a smile onto his face. That's what he'd learned his whole life growing up. "Lie to the world so it doesn't see your pain and fear- then it will fear you. Sometime's the greatest truth you can tell is a lie you force into being true." He felt his spren hum, and shivered. He'd be fine... so what if Ax didn't want him? It was only his first boyfriend. Even if he'd seemed so perfect it made the world feel broken to know he was gone, he'd just keep going and find another one... maybe someone else who would rely on him just as much as he relied on them. Maybe... either way, no matter how terrifying this dream was, no matter how badly it hurt him- no matter how much he wanted to just curl up and hide forever, he pretended to be calm and just keep walking through life. He'd already been through this many times- he'd given up many times. At this point, he just didn't let himself stop. He couldn't stop. He couldn't give up. No matter how much he wanted too, he knew something would happen to get him moving again. It always did... He might as well just not stop in the first place. He kept crying as he walked, beginning to cry in real life as well.
I'm going to be cautious here since I don't know what you guys have planned.
"So." Edwin said, looking at James. "You can bring us together but, how do we get out of here?"
I think her influence on us/ the dreams slowly will vanish.
Shana shook her head.
"I don't know. Maybe James does. He's outside."
She continued to held on to him, flinched when her evil self laughed again.
@I think I am here.
Remnants of her influence remain, because they were in the dream, but you don't have Sha-thoexis making them stronger anymore. Someone with experience modding dreams could easily get rid of them with a thought.
Sha-thoexis is not gone from the house. She won't leave until Jamie wakes up in the morning. But what James did means that she's gone from the dream-for right now, at least. Sooner or later, she's going to attack again, to get at Jamie.
Ax panted and shivered. Hating himself this much was hard, and he wasn't used to doing it anymore. He took a few shaky breaths and got to his knees, looking down at himself. This wasn't him. "Shamrock," he said, and Sherlock appeared. Ax looked at the spren. It was calmer and more emotionless like this. It stood as a person, the same size as Ax.
"Hello," Sherlock said, looking down at Ax with a little worry in its usually excited and emotion-filled eyes. It had a deeper voice than it did when it was Shamrock. "Are you... okay?"
"That's a real debate at this point," Ax said tiredly, holding out his hand. "Could you help me up?"
Sherlock obliged, and Ax stood before his spren. He unconsciously crossed his arms. "You don't have to embarrassed around me," Sherlock said, voice even. "I remember when you were female."
"I know," Ax said, "but I cross my arms when I'm thinking. Are we in a dream?"
"Yes," Sherlock said. "The projection of me in front of you is not real, but my voice is. I can talk in your head, of course."
"Right. I want to wake up... Wait, if this is a dream..." Ax closed his eyes, and Sherlock stayed silent in front of him as he turned back into his normal self, wearing khakis and a green t-shirt. "That feels a lot better," Ax said, smiling. He was glad the nightmare was over.
Thank you!
Jason kept walking, closing his eyes for a moment to blink some tears from his eyes before forcing himself to be okay. That did something and he ran into someone, someone who caught him. Someone who's arms were familiar... He opened his eyes and looked into Ax's smiling ones. He didn't even wait for words, he just hugged him and started sobbing, clinging to him like he was his last chance to stay alive. He refused to let go.
"I'm honestly unsure" James said, "But, I think it has to do with the Nightwatcher- She woke me up within my dream enough to swear the 3rd Ideal, which, as you might imagine, scared Sha-thoexis out of my dream- which is where we are now"
Ax woke up as he heard Jace's sobbing, and hugged him tightly. Ax's eyes were a little teary as well, and he panted to try and clear it. Sherlock was spinning around the floor nearby, but slowed quickly and curled up on Ax's hand. Ax looked at Sherlock, then showed the back of his hand to Jace. "Um, this is Sherlock..."
Jason woke up at the sound of Ax's voice, sucking in a breath and blinking,  looking sound wildly. "What... Ax...? You... you didn't leave me..." He started crying all over again, ignoring Sherlock for now so he could hug Ax more tightly. He sobbed against him, clinging to him for dear life. He'd been so terrified... but it was just a nightmare... it had only been a nightmare... Ax was still here.
