Identity and Nightblood

So if you were a super evil guy that just did evil things as a pass time and you wanted to be able to wield Nightblood, assuming you had enough investure to sustain it, could you store Identity and hold Nightblood without fear of him eating you? I know it has alot to do with how Nightblood perceives the world, but what do you think?

I think it has more to do with intent than Identity. Identity appears to mostly be a tag for investiture, to mark it as yours, rather than anything tied to your personality or beliefs. Storing Identity wouldn't make a difference in how you perceive yourself, therefore none in how Nightblood would perceive you.
