Sure. @echo74 When you find him, here’s a description (operating under the assumption you’re sneaking up on him and thus won’t see his face): 

A young man, either in his late teens or early twenties, walked down the street. He wore a dark brown top hat and suit, and was walking oddly - perhaps it fit wrong.

hey thanks! eleanor’s a ghost btw so he won’t see her unless she wants him to :D

Eleanor crept along the street and started laughing creepily in his ear.

Jack, startled, jumped into the air. This was not a normal jump, however. In a split second, he had leap around ten feet upwards, flailing his arms in the air before landing in a heap with a loud clang.
