She just sighed.

"You coming in or not?"

He chuckled. "Alright, alright," he said as he followed her in

It was a bit of a tight squeeze for him, but he managed to get through.

Silver was waiting impatiently on the other side with a lantern.

"Thanks. Where's the other one?"

@TwinStorm

He turned. "Thought he was behind us."

"Yeah, that happens sometimes." he glanced at the GPS. "Hey Maddie, if I switch to the map again, will it navigate back to you?"

“Gimme a sec.” She clacked on some keyboard keys in the background. “Yup.”

She sighed. "Let's just go."

She blinked.

"R-really?"

-

Uh . . . yeah. That was way too fast, anyway.

“A little. Hardly anything…”

But a little was good, right? It meant he could remember more, probably. And more and more and more.

1 hour ago, Kajsa said:

She hesitated. “I…. I guess……” she didn’t want to be alone. “I’ll come…”

42 minutes ago, Through The Living Glass said:

She rolled her eyes.

"I certainly wasn't planning on letting you go first, that's for sure."

It was a bit of a tight fit, but not too bad.

She shimmied into the cavern beyond.

Flint grinned. “Fantastic!”

-

The mouse popped out of her hair to survey the area.

25 minutes ago, Kajsa said:

“I don’t want to be alone,” she blurted hastily.

23 minutes ago, Through The Living Glass said:

He blinked.

"Yikes, okay . . . come with us, then? Your sister will be fine on her own."

"I can do both, I just usually prefer one over the other."

“I’ll be decent company,” Flint promised.

9 minutes ago, Through The Living Glass said:

". . . I mean, I guess."

She stuck her head out the hole and yelled Finn's name (along with a couple other things), then sat on the ground nearby.

Hehehehe

He nodded, grinning.

“Yeah, we need more crime.”

He chuckled at himself.

@Through The Living Glass

HEY

THATS MY RAT

HOW DARE YOU

The REAL rat was pleased his decoy had worked and hid in her hair again.

HEY NO THATS MY RAT

But Haly’s rat was actually the decoy and the real rat was just pretending to be a decoy.

“Okay,” Corysande agreed, almost timidly.

Nick picked up the little rodent and headed towards the museum.

Maddie was above ground waiting.

“Thanks,” she said. “That’s the most pressing issue. Why don’t you go get some sleep?”

WHEN DID YOU HAVE A RAT

He was offended by this supposition— this FALSE supposition. Perhaps there was a third rat.

Flint stuck his hands in his pockets and started off to the left.

-

“That’s good, right?” Aden asked. “It’s good that I remember.”

He felt almost desperate to please her, which was stupid, but he did.

He looked around.

The museum looks like a museum.

i gtg i’ll write an actual description in a sec

Edit:

The museum was the perfect image of a rotting carcass. The front side of the museum looked almost... unfinished, as if the workers had left construction early. Upon closer inspection, however, the crumbling stones were charred, as if a fire had raged through this very area. Inside, the exhibits were covered in ash, but unlike the front of the museum, they seemed relatively unharmed. On the floor, the tiles were engraved with strange runes. And through it all, there was a thin trail of blood, leading up the steps, past the tiles, and deeper into the museum.

lemme know if nick steps on any of the tiles :P

Perhaps they also had a mother who missed them. Perhaps she cried every day thinking about them.

Holt shrugged and followed slowly, waiting for Corysande. @Kajsa

-

She nodded.

"No, that's . . . really good that you remember . . ."

She just prayed that this wouldn't give her false hope . . .

-

Okie :P

After this we should probably do something with like, the Machination or smth though

I guess if you're the Protagonist . . . I should probably be letting you deal with these . . . right? Tam said. For the most part, at least.

-

Utility sighed.

"It would appear . . . I have been forgotten."
