And assuming you're talking about wedding invitations, you might have a bit of a trip. And also, you might have trouble convincing @LessName to add you to the guest list.

In the center of the book's cover was set a ruby that seemed to reflect just a little too much light. "Er, excuse me, I'm terribly sorry to intrude, but... I believe I am lost." He adjusted his glasses awkwardly. "Quite lost, actually. Very lost indeed."

(For context, Cade is possessing Asher rn)

Oh dear. I just realized what would happen to Rebus. Hmmm. (Also, wouldn’t rewinding the guy result in him getting the Plotblade back?) 

I can run this, I suppose. I’ll simply need to decide if this should be normal, deconstructed, or reconstructed.

Rebel shoved most of them back with utility fog, summoning Cursed Treasure and squaring up with one. He propelled himself forwards, attempting to poke the guard and hoping it would work. 
“I’ve heard having two Plotblades causes problems, but I can probably get a quasi-Plotblade relatively easily. Maybe once Regression has been used I can get it; that thing would be better off not existing, and I suspect pointing that out can get it placed somewhere safe. Ordinarily, they’d probably go to Sequence or Onyx, but Sequence is certainly not a safe choice.” 
Alright. Did any chips of Morditite crack off the blade in that collision? And he’s just left the Plotblade behind?

The Plotblade doesn’t bring things back or anything— it reverts the state of a single thing. it would be able to uncorrupt something, assuming that thing has ever been in a state of incorruption. Rebus wouldn’t lose any memories, but his personality and character arc would tick back and he’d be the person he was before, just with his new memories and stuff. It’s weird. 

For example, if Shoe were to be reverted, he would probably become the person he was before telling Tam what happened and reconciling it with her. So he’d still feel guilty and even be weird around her, even though he knows he's told her already.

Entoturis no longer looked glorious. Ash blew lazily in the wind around the dark palace, and as she watched, a swarm of nano bots moved to clean it up and merely disintegrated. The beautiful gardens were dark, trees streaked with shadow, leaves blooming black. The palace had half crumbled.
