“Work on the poison antidote,” she said. 

The scanner in the other corner finished. Ria walked over. 

“You can get up now.” 

Five did. 

Ria’s eyes boggled out of her head when she saw the scans.

He stood there, utterly shocked. His ears began to ring again, and the noise was slowly drowning out. He didn't know if this was a panic response, or a failing component. He got his answer when his knee gave out and he fell to the floor, unable to move

She followed him easily, turning into a hummingbird and zipping after him, then hovering in the air a short distance away.

Irie would have laughed at Ria's expression if the situation weren't so serious.

Mostly deserved, I assure you. I know where to find a withergeist, or at least how to find one. Nameless moved over to one of the computer screens and started typing away at it, scrolling through the results of the experiments Balitan had been performing. Catching one will be dangerous, however.

WHEN COULD ANYTHING BE OKAY?!" he said frantically, progressively getting louder and running his hands through his hair as he slowly went mad in the moment
