"Hi." A tall, lean girl with short blonde hair and blue eyes stared back at him. She was pretty, but not exceptionally so. She didn't smile.
"We're lost," said a boy with dark, messy hair. His voice was accented--decisively British. "Ana's magic went bloody mad again."
The girl--Ana--glared at the boy. They both looked like they were in their late teens.

She nodded. 

And she was. She enjoyed watching the tunnel go by, with all the little lights on the sides. The blanket was nice, too. It made her feel safe. She hadn’t had one back at the compound.

Rose felt queasy seeing her. She rubbed her neck, suddenly wishing for her tattoos again. “I’m… fine.” 

She didn’t really look fine. She was still all beat up.

OH THAT REMINDS ME ana has her lil head wound going on but it's stitched up  so she has some bruising but she's fine

she just went through a really messy breakup after getting her head busted open so she's not exactly in a good mood
