alright I mostly just dabble in guitar and have no clue how to teach and you probably are better but I'll try my best.

He felt the crazy magicky stuff inside him ebb, flowing into Eepy. 

“Cadey okay?” She chirped. 

"Just making sure." he said. "So to play basically any song, you play chords on the fretboard, by holding down different strings." he said, indicating it. "The most simple chord is C Major." he said, showing her the fingering.

The fire cooled. The flames eating at his soul dimmed. That Voice. It was Eepy. She was asking if he was OK.

"No. I'm not ok Eepy. I don't know if I every will be." He looked at her concerned face and remembered it dead, those bright eyes dull and lifeless, and he shuddered. 

"But I'm better now. For now. It'll be fine." He looked up towards the sky. "What time is it?"

Tam was sitting in the same hallway where he'd left her, zoning out. She snapped out if it when he approached, seeming kind of groggy.

She looked up at him questioningly.
