Just now, The Wandering Wizard said:

"Where might we find the key?" A light shimmers from a nearby cavern.

"It is in the hands of a particularly voracious monster. In the stomach, to be more precise. It patrols the deepest depths of the Toilet, searching for unsuspecting victims to devour. I have been tracking the beast, but although I have attempted to kill it several times, it has proven too dangerous to be easily overwhelmed."

Shisi freezes and whispers. "It's the Thornwing isn't it."

He paused.

"Wait."

Bookwyrm narrated a sheep into existence.

"Will this work?"

"I see." Bookwyrm dismissed the sheep.

"Will it chase me in human form?"

"Noot tastes delicious!" A gnome suddenly appeared. "Please use him as bait. He eats our radish and onion children."

"You can do cute and helpless animals? I would have thought you were more into slugs and hideous monsters."

"That's a good point, but there's no harm in trying, right?" Everyone paused, then narrowed their eyes. "I've never met you before. How do you know that?"
