Do we actually have confirmation or a picture as to how big an Eye Spike actually was? My head canon is a little less wider than a standard Nikon/insertothercamerabrand lens cap, in a rounded square shape...but I'm not sure how I arrived at that

It's not very canon though since it shows that they have spikes in the arms, which we know isn't the case.

But the eye spikes are just like they are described in books, I think.

You are probably right. Although, in HoA Marsh gets a bunch of extra spikes beyond the ones that made him an Inquisitor. I don't recall whether the book confirmed locations for any of those. Someone who is familiar with the MAG can say for sure, but it could be the image is depicting hemalurgic bind points in general, together with the Inquisitor-specific ones.

I believe the extra spikes were observed by Vin to be in his chest. I'd have to recheck that fight scene.
