Delightful Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 Hi! so if I tell my phone to remember me, when I open the shard on my computer I'm logged out. I log in, later go back to my phone and my phone browser has logged me out. Is there any way I can have them both keep me logged in? thanks!
Argent he/him Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 I am struggling with a similar problem, except between my home and work PCs. I don't think it logs me out every time, but it's definitely frequent enough for me to notice.
Chaos he/him Posted October 7, 2016 Posted October 7, 2016 This has been hard for me to replicate or understand why it occurs.Â
WeiryWriter he/him Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 I generally have no problem staying logged in on both my laptop and my phone. Sometimes when I try on my tablet it doesn't have me logged in and if I do log in I get logged out on the other two. Not really an issue for me as all three have my username and password remembered so it's easy enough to log in.
Darkness Ascendant he/him Posted October 8, 2016 Posted October 8, 2016 Aye, same thing happens to me, but randomly, sometimes I will stay logged on, sometimes I will not.
Jondesu he/him Posted January 8, 2017 Posted January 8, 2017 I was considering posting a topic about this, but while this one's a little old, I figured it'd do to avoid clutter.  I have found that if I log in on my computer and my phone, they'll stay logged in very reliably.  If I log in on my tablet as well, though, everything stops staying logged in.  Is there a hard limit of 2 devices logged in simultaneously, or is that maybe a clue to what's been going on for others?

I don't know if it's a hard limit or if the site actually tries to "learn" where you usually log in from. I definitely manage fine from home or work, phone is iffy (but I'm barely ever on the site from my phone). Logged in from my mom's this weekend and it booted me off all of the others. I dunno. It's not really a huge issue. I just count it as a way to keep from forgetting my password entirely.

Best guess I could make is 1 login each for the regular and mobile versions of the site?  10 hours ago, Kaymyth said: I don't know if it's a hard limit or if the site actually tries to "learn" where you usually log in from. I definitely manage fine from home or work, phone is iffy (but I'm barely ever on the site from my phone). Logged in from my mom's this weekend and it booted me off all of the others. Delightful Posted January 14, 2017 Author Posted January 14, 2017 So I just logged out on my computer, and when I checked my phone it had logged me out too, while a-star-to-sail-her-by was logged into my computer. Weirdness.
