DvaBearqLoza Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 So, the book ended. Who read the book, know how it ended. My question is, any info on is this gonna become a trilogy, or was this like Elantris and Warbreaker, single book, with more to come in the future?

Windrunner he/him Posted May 17, 2013 Posted May 17, 2013 Brandon has it planned as a trilogy. Alcatraz is on hold until I decide what to do with the series. I will write one more book in that eventually. The Rithmatist is exciting; it's fun; but I also don't want to have too many balls up in the air that people are reading and having to keep track of. So I keep delaying it with Tor, saying we shouldn't release it until I'm sure I can commit to getting the trilogy done in a reasonable amount of time.Source
