How do Ryshadium choose their rider?

I know we don't have anything official but if you had to guess how do Ryshadium choose a rider?

There is some judgement where they decide if someone is worthy. What traits would make someone worthy? Is it some kind of procedure the human doe that impresses them? Or can Ryshadium somehow tell what kind of person you are when you are near them?

Nothing in the rpg it has about the same info as the wiki. I wonder if there is a way for the to see into the cognitive realm and see what spren are trailing a a person? Somone surrounded by joy and glory spren would be a better partner than anger spren ya know? 
 

also I might start another thread for this but how do you think ryshadium survive highstorms? Like a herd of them? Find a hill and get close? Or a grove of trees?

My guess is some sort of tie with the identity of the investiture to the spiritual DNA of a person, which is both magic AND would lead to more highborn ryshadium riders. otherwise there would be some dark eyes with one

Since we know that Ryshadium have a Nahel Bond with Music Spren - it could be something that is attracting either the Rhyshadium or the Spren (or both). The do have an animal's instincts coupled with increased sapience from thier bond. . . so it could be something physical or cognitive being sensed to attract or repulse a Rhyshadium. We just do not yet have enough information (unless it's been revealed in the RPG).

Would musicspren follow Hoid around? Would a Rhyshadium be attracted to him because their symbionts are?
