Tondon wakes up with a start as the ground starts to buckle. “Ruin. I’m dead! I’m dead!” He finds himself still alive, however, as his cave shelter melts away. Over the course of the hour, he spends most of his effort panicking, trying to avoid getting flattened by the moving ground, and wishing he’d thought to find food. When the ground is finished changing, he wishes he’d gone back to that building. The place looks miserable to move through.

Quelkin jumps back as more of the not-rain fell and landed in the mud puddle beside him. Vines exploded outward like a bomb of life. He was hit in the chest so hard that he flew backwards through the air for a few seconds and landed on his back. He has to lay there dazed for a couple of minutes to regain his wits and his strength. He sat up only to see Nacho laughing uncontrollably at him. "Gotta get away from this rustin stormin ruin made rain" he mutters. He carefully makes his way through the jungle trying to avoid large puddles. He is hit two more times as verdant spores erupt and the vines shoot outward. He tries to find a large patch of ground where he can rest.

At first, he doesn’t see anything. Then something in the water catches his eye. A gleaming metal box that almost seems to be glowing. It’s dangerously deep, though, and Connor’s clothes are covered with spores.

I know, I was just confused why they wanted to visit hers, when I'm the one that's mentioned my family in backstory, and wasn't sure if they'd gotten mixed up.

Maybe I'm making an assumption and they actually have another plan. If so, sorry.
