The doctor inspected the wound, and started sowing. 

He bore the pain well, though as the man began to sew he grew very tense.

The doctor continued, until he finished up most of the chest wounds. Then he went to the arm. "Well... this is bad." He said. Then he started sewing that up. "This will probably hurt like heck."
