The dragon spectated. The Secret nd of worlds was not evil. But… sometimes she did go far with her games. He was no judge to say whether it was too far, after all, he was a dragon, last time he was awake, he had done some terrible things. But he did dislike how she used people as her pawns. The dragon used people for goals, entertainment even, but this was different. She did it for the joy of seeing them suffer. But she wasn’t evil. Evil was different.

But no matter the motives, the show was entertaining.

They retain the powers of those they are copying, within reason.

So if Zodiac has secret op powers then now would be the time to confirm them

EDIT: if you want to but you can just say "he has really strong powers" and we can assume the puppet won't be mimicking them either.
