Big Al took another bite of McMuffin and spoke around it. "Stop what?" Voidgaze's hand tightened on his arm. "Al, I think we should go." "Go where, Voidy? We're kind of surrounded." He was right. From where she stood, Voidgaze could see the barrel of a rifle peeking out from every tree. "You didn't let my colleague finish," a woman said, smiling as she shouldered her rifle. "He meant 'Stop running, or we'll have to shoot everyone who tries to keep you from getting to your date." "What? That's not what I meant!" "Oh, come ON, Phil! They're adorable!" "You mean to tell me that you wAnt to let two Epics go because you think they make a cute couple?" Her smile widened into a grin. "That's exactly what I meant!"
