Something I thought about regarding Lift

Here is the thought:

If Lift is partially in the physical and cognitive realms, what would happen if she decides to go to Shadesmar and how would it? Would it be like a regular Knight radiant or something else...

Honestly it was nagging in my mind for a while.

If I had to guess, she might be able to interact with the cognitive realm normally but see the physical manifestation of the beads and flames. Hard to say exactly since we haven't seen it yet.

Brandon did say that he planned to include her going with Shallan in RoW, but decided it wouldn' t make sense for Dalinar to send her on a delicate mission like that.

I was actually going to send her on that mission, and wrote this chapter with that intent. Then I re-read what I'd written, and decided, "There's no way on Roshar Dalinar and Navani would send her on a delicate diplomatic mission." So I forced myself to revise the outline so Lift stayed in the tower.

There are some things that just stretch plausibility too much.

So, we could have seen, but didn't because it wouldn't make sense.

I feel like Lift could shift into Shadesmar relatively easy due to her very nature of being both in the Physical and Cognitive realms. I'm not certain that that's the case though, so I am not going to make a hard guess.
