Furthermore, with my vote caste, Rosharan waffles are in the lead!

Scadrian waffles are obviously superior.

Scadrial will invent waffle tech first, meaning they'll have more time to improve their waffles.

So they'll taste better.

Rosharan waffles, because 1. They will be less like Earth waffles, and therefore more novel, 2. Lift will make certain they are good, and 3. Savoury waffles topped with Rosharan crab meat sounds delicious. (Mostly though, I am just trying to come up with decent reasons to support my gut instinct that Rosharan waffles are better (yes, that pun was intentional, and I have NO REGRETS))

Which one is better?

I know @Boomerang Guy started a whole Wafflism thing, so I hope everyone who participated in that comes to see this. We're all Sanderfans, and most of us (I assume) like waffles. Which ones are better? 

Would you rather eat waffles that are made of ingredients from an alien world? Waffles that are cooked using energy from a tyrannical, constant, world-shaping storm and a piece of Adonalsium itself?

Or would you rather eat waffles cooked with technology that represents the overthrowing of a tyrannical god-king that ruled for a millenia? Waffles that showcase the ingenuity and perseverance of an entire world and people?

Pick your side, and let the debate begin!

I mean, based on the technology already existing on Scadrial during era 2 I think they probably already have waffles on Scadrial, they don't have to wait a few years. 

As for the waffles, well we know chocolate exists on Scadrial, I don't believe I remember any evidence of it on Roshar so that's where my vote goes.

I meant chocolate. We know that chocolate, or something extremely similar to it exists on Scadrial.  Chocolate does not exist on Roshar to my knowledge.

I think it’d be fantastic to walk outside on a Urithiru balcony on a cold Weeping day, with a plate of steaming waffles with Truthberries on top and (maybe) a chunk of beautifully fried chicken on the side. Plus I wonder what Kaladin would think when his mom slides him a plate of “Steaming Circular Fluffy Grain Cakes With Square Indentions Spaced Equidistantly Across The Cake”, or sees Lift chowing down on these new culinary inventions. Also, who do y’all think would invent them? And how would they be similar or different to ours? We know they have pancakes, but most of them are fundamentally different than the Pancakes we know and (some of us) love. Wait, what about if on Scadrial, they make the waffle batter, then mix in their version of Hot Chocolate? That sounds amazing!

When ever I think of Rosharan Waffles I just imagine Lift asking Navani for a fabrial/soulcaster and from then on when ever Lift is in a conversation with someone she pulls a Fabrial/Soulcaster and just starts making waffles and eating them. Eventually Lift will become part waffle.

Scadrian waffles, all the way. Rosharian waffles would just be lavis or tallew, which I think would just be nasty.
