Tried doing an arcanum scrub and came up with nada. Might of overlooked the answer, but I figured I'd post here.
From the Child of Tanavast chapter in WoK:
"Brushing past a pretty gold- and red-haired woman who huddled frightened in a corner, Kaladin burst through a door. He had one brief glimpse of what lay beyond.
A man stood over two corpses. His pale head shaved, his clothing white,the murderer held a long, thin sword in one hand. He looked up from his victims and almost seemed toseeKaladin. He had large Shin eyes."
Has it be confirmed who this was? Because I swore I saw somewhere that it was confirmed to have been Ishar. With the context of RoW, the two bodies might not have been people at all but spren. Seeing as it literally says that Kaladin only got a brief look.
