Vailadin
What’s the difference between malen/femalen and male/female? Just because there a different race doesn't mean we need to use different words.

0 Phlipz1
I mean they don't look different enough to be classed as not male or female. Probably just cosmetic by Brandon rather than actually significant
0 Weltall
Malen and femalen are asexual so singers of those genders generally don't reproduce (or have any interest in doing so) but when they take on forms that are sexually active they become male/female respectively. Mateform is one that's specialized for that purpose but it's not the only one capable of having children. Since most singer forms are asexual, being male/female is the exception rather than the rule.
0 Zoey
Yeah, they have a great amount of difference beyond just looks, as they actually are asexual as malen and femalen. Which is enough to be notably a different sex, this is why it is differentiated. When male or female they are sexually active and fertile.
-1 Frustration
The only difference is if they are fertile. Why the need to differentiate? I have no clue.
