It’s not guilt

He definatly has guilt, he wants to remove the archers and let people out of the rift almost as soon as he can think clearly

Well not enough guilt to change

from that vision I cited previously I  see that he would not change without Cultivation

The only change he makes is that he becomes worse

Sure

One quick note now that I have a minute (you can’t have the last word :P)

This was after Dalinar was changed by Cultivation which he then felt guilty for what he did

He would have only returned to that if Cultivation hadn’t changed him

Ok now the conversation is finished and we both said our closing arguments
