He’s the connection between them, but you are writing the crossover fanfic by taking characters from one and putting them in the other. It seems like getting Spren off Roshar is a thing that’s going to happen sooner or later - and I suspect sooner. Getting a Shadow offworld seems to be somewhat more complicated for unknown reasons. Although I headcannon that he actually got this one off via the physical realm. Somehow involving the various Sleepless colonies.
