Hello there, and welcome to Mystic's Exhausted Writing an idea that I got when I was doing an assignment for Cultural Anthropology! To be honest, I don't think this idea will take off like some of the other role-plays, since this was just an idea and I'm just having fun over here, lol. I have a Google Doc where I put the worldbuilding and probably have some clarification as well that y'all can look at if you want, not forcing you; don't worry, I had it be able where you can view and keep your privacy, and it's on an alternate email of mine where I use a different name, so don't worry about that, lol. The geography of the world is in there as well as some descriptions of the groups, so if you wanna learn more about that, I have that Google Doc to look at.

Hopefully this post isn't too long or confusing, because I just wanted to experiment with this and I thought that some of y'all might enjoy this. Who knows? I might write something about this world, or I might not. We shall see. Personally, I don't think that this will take off like right away because I tend to not get to the point in these types of things. Often times, the things that I write makes sense to me but won't for some other people also in account of me knowing what I want and you just thinking that I'm crazy and should fix my wack sleep schedule. Honestly, knowing my luck, no one will see this till who knows when, lol.

This role-play is set in the world of Kasjadu, a world similar to our own geographically. Kasjadu is set in the same universe as that of Zvso, it being not that far in orbit from it. It has a total of three continents, but we’re going to be focusing on one for now; however, I will keep the other continents on the backburner if anyone is interested. The continent that we’re playing with today is Huyat.

Our story takes place in the City Region of Huyat, Validus. The city has been there for as long as anyone can remember, but more people have been finding refuge in its borders ever since the Magnuscassis, which was the greatest and most bloodiest war that Huyat has ever seen. All, save the Island Regions, were involved in the war, and there were terrible losses on all of the sides that did fight in it. It’s been two years since the war has ended and the treaty has been made to benefit all of the Regions, and it’s only now since the tensions have only started to ease off a bit between the people enough for them to come to terms with the existing city Validus where anyone can go to.

The Prophet of the Past Generation has unexpectedly passed, and there is no other Prophet to replace her. The Prophet is the mediator of Huyat, finding peace even in the most unlikely of situations; there is only one Prophet per generation, and when one passes, another rises to take their place. The High Autarch of Validus, a Honqip by the name of Jynid Tradge, is certain that the Prophet is somewhere in the city of Validus. He believes that since the last Prophet was from the Kelijah Region and Validus would be next in the Cycle of Prophets. Although there is no exact evidence backing up his claims, a good portion of the city believes him and is on the lookout for the next Prophet of Huyat; however, there is a group named the Elegant Knives that has claimed that the Cycle of Prophets has ended, and that Jynid should be replaced with a Xefic in their group by the name of Vaos Oiuy as High Autarch. They have been using extreme methods to sway the people (e.g., assassinations of Jynid’s closest friends and family, destroying some public property, etc.) and some of the Validus people have been swayed to join their cause of believing that there is going to be no more Prophet. The people of Validus seem to be falling under the ploy that the High Autarch has been going insane after all the deaths of his closest friends and family, although they don’t know for sure that it’s been the Elegant Knives’ cause.

In response to the Elegant Knives, Jynid created the Guardians of the Prophet: a strikeforce for the Elegant Knives. They have been going at each other for the past few months since the Prophet’s death. They have unspoken rivalry towards one another, and so basically think of the teams from the Pokémon video games with the rivalry against the main protagonist.

The time period that we’re set in is post-industrial, but the Huyatians have literally just come out of it. They are moving along fast in technology, but they haven’t hit the technological point that we are at, as of yet. They have gunpowder, but guns have not become a household item but one for the rich to have. Most people still use blades, but they are switching to muskets and flintlocks. Fashion-wise, it is not uncommon to find women in trousers and tunics, but there are a few of the older generations that still expect women to wear those Victorian types of dresses. Basically think of Hamilton outfits, if that’s what gets you to think about.

Races of Huyat

Spoiler

Kelijahian –– Kelijahians are headstrong people and pretty stubborn, but they’re loyal to a fault. They are relatively tall people, and have the complexion of being chiseled from stone, meaning they have a gray skin tone. They have orange lines tracing along the whole of their bodies, as if there was magma trying to burst from stone. They are resistant to the cold, as well as some poisons due to their stone like features. They have slightly pointed ears, but are very similar to that of a regular human. They often have lighter shades of hair, ranging from a light gray to an off white. Their eyes hold no pupil, but their color ranges from bright orange to a deep red.

Honqip –– The Honqip are reserved people, only using their weapons to defend themselves. When it came to war, they defended their home with vigor and never let one of their enemies into their lands. The Honqip keep a sense of honor with their families as well as their lands, protecting them to their dying breath. They seem to have some resentment towards the Kelijahians, but don’t let that get in the way of their duty. They are slightly smaller than the Kelijahians, but they have a lighter complexion and skin tone. They have long, yet smooth features. Their hair color can range from a dirty blond to a dark ginger. Their eyes stay in the lighter shades, from light greens to blues. They are basically the regular humans in the world, with a few exceptions.

Western Ikuyoian –– The Western Ikuyoians are fearless and a bit brave, but they sometimes look down on other regions' cultures. They are a civilized and delightful people, and often a bit of snobs when it comes to other cultures and especially have rivalry towards the Eastern Ikuyoians. They have evolved to survive weeks without water, at least a bit longer than any of the other people in the land. They are a medium sized people, only a foot or two smaller than the Keljahians, and have a dark complexion and variety of brown skin tones. Their skin comes in as dark scales, as one would find on a reptile, and they appear on almost every part of the body (face included). They can have a range of horns on their head (straight, a bit curled, etc.) and are a sign of their age and status in their culture. They have darker shades of hair (most of it curly), ranging from dark rich browns to deep blacks. Their eye color can have shades that range from yellow to pure gold, and often enough you’ll find warmth in them.

Eastern Ikuyoian –– The Eastern Ikuyoians are trustworthy, yet ambitious people and have rivalry with the Western Ikuyoian people. Like their western cousins, they are a civilized people, but they are the ones that the rest of the regions would want to be beside rather than against. They are taller than average, but not as tall as the Honqip or Kelijahians. They have light, yet not too light complexions and have lighter skin tones. They have different shades of blonde for hair, some of them coming in a dark dirty blonde and ranging to an almost pure white. Their eye color mostly consists of shades of blue, with the rare cases of green. Some legends state that all of the Eastern Ikuyoian people used to grow feathered wings and it was a sign of their age and status, but most of the people don’t; the rare cases of people having those wings are often sent to the capital to be protected.

Qeoubese –– The Qeoubese are a calm and collective people, finding their joy in their island away from the main continent. They seem to think to find any joy in Huyat, they would have to live and stay in Qeoub for their entire lives. Since the Qeoub founders were originally Western Ikuyoian, they hold some resentment towards the land due to the slavery that the Western Ikuyoians had put them under. They are medium sized people, like their ancestors. They still have the scales like their ancestors, not as prominent as the Western Ikuyoians, though. They have a slightly lighter skin tone than the Western Ikuyoians, but still have the shades of brown. Their horns grow to be smaller than the Western Ikuyoians, however they are not a mark of status but of only age. Their hair color ranges from a light chestnut to a rich brown. Their eye color mostly consists of deep amber and similar shades to that, the exception of that being yellow.

Dexoc –– The Dexoc are a patient people, but often can be cynical. They taught themselves to be patient ever since they cut ties with the Eastern Ikuyoians. They are slightly shorter people than people from the main continent. They have slightly tanned complexions, having slightly darker skin tones than those of the Honqip or Eastern Ikyuoians. Their hair color can range from a light brown to a deep rich mahogany. Their eye color mostly consists of light and dark browns.

Fujakians –– The Fujakians are a kind people and wouldn’t turn anyone away, but they would protect their land and family to the last if they had to. They mostly keep to themselves on their island and welcome those who come their way with open arms. They are medium sized people, not as tall as the Honqip or the Western Ikuyoians. They have a slightly tanned skin tone, their skin tones have metallic shades going as dark as a light brown and as light as a light bronze. They have metallic colors for their hair, such as silver and copper. They like to keep their hair long, no matter if they’re male or female, to show their status in their community. Their eye colors mostly consist of bright golds to dark bronzes.

Xefic –– The Xefic are mysterious people, and not much of their personalities is known to the rest of the world. From the few individuals people have come in contact with, they were precise and strict people––basically the people that are always on time and never a minute early or late. They are relatively tall people, likely to be as tall as the Kelijahians. They have dark complexions, their skin tones ranging from a dark violet to a pitch black with speckles of white scattered all over their bodies, their faces included. They have long pointed ears, and are often pierced with some sort of earring. Their hair color ranges from rich black, violets, really dark blues and in some rare cases white; they keep their hair long, no matter if they’re male or female. Their eye colors can range from the same shades as their hair, with more emphasis on the whites and violets.

Validus –– The people there are very diverse, and can come from anywhere and no one will question. There are, of course, some language barriers between the newer and older members of the city.

The Magic System of Huyat the part y'all been waiting for

Spoiler

The magic system itself is called the Talents (e.g., John Doe is one of the Talented, because he has a Talent). Instead of select individuals having the gift of magic, anyone is able to access it through some training. Some people have better access to the Talents than others, but it’s still there and accessible to people who don’t have such a strong connection to it. For some, it might take them decades of mastery and meditation to even scrape the little bit of the surface of their Potential, but for others it might come to them as easy as it might be to think. Another way to think of it is to think of the Force from Star Wars with the midichlorians associated with them.

Of course with this power, there comes some limitations: The Talented need to be in their environment in order for their power to work at its fullest. They need to be in their own ‘zone,’ meaning someplace where they’re shining best at their ability for their ability to work at its fullest. In some cases, the limits are the user's imagination; there are some times where it can be too much for the user and it might cause them to fall into a coma, or in some cases death. The Talents are like a muscle, which is they get stronger the more you use it. The more you use it, the more likely you can be able to use it outside of your environment where it can shine the best. The Talents are like your own talents, meaning that you get better when you keep practicing it.

The Counselor––These are the rarest types of Talented in all Huyat, only a handful living in the land but mostly in secluded places. They are the people that many leaders go to when they are faced with a choice that will either affect their Region or even perhaps the entire world, because everyone is obligated to listen to them. Counselors use their calm energy––their Intuition––to sometimes foresee into the future, or heal those that have been wounded either physically or spiritually. Their Intuition comes from themselves and the calmness that they achieve, and it can be through their mediation spots or the outdoors that they most likely live in. They go into a meditation and tap into their Intuition to perhaps foresee the possible future or heal the wounded. They need their Intuition to be able to foresee or heal anything.

There are three known subgroups for the Counselor:

  • The Spiritualists (Spiritualist, sing.)––The people who are most connected with the spiritual side of Talents, seeing the Potential of others and seeing whatever Supreme Being they worship. They use their Intuition to better connect with the spirits of all people, not just the Talented. They are more likely to have their Intuition ‘on’ at all times, at least trying to make the connections with other people.

  • The Healers (Healer, sing.)––The people who can heal physical, emotional, and mental injuries. They use their Intuition to heal the injuries of others, no matter how grievous the wound may be. They need to be in a calm state to heal, lest the injury will get worse. Depending on how severe the wound may be, it takes a little or almost all of their Intuition to heal (e.g., a small cut might result in using a little Intuition and a big gash might result in using a huge amount of Intuition).

  • The Prophet––The rarest of all, for only one Prophet appears in every generation of people. They use their Intuition to foresee the future for the whole mankind in the continent and maybe even the world. Depending on how much they trained with their Intuition, it can take quite the effort on their part to try and glimpse into the future. They need to be calm and in a meditative state to receive any foresight for Huyat.

The Deceptive––These are the people who use either their charisma or even their surroundings––their Fabrication––to create a lie of a sort to achieve the thing they want. Their Fabrication comes from telling falsehoods, making themselves appear someone totally different than they. They use their Fabrication to have people do what they want, believe what they want them to believe, or even take what they want to take. Some of them are thought of as the ‘evil’ people, but some of them aren’t even aware that they’re tapping into their Fabrication to achieve what they want. Usually, the Deceptive have very subtle ways of using their Fabrication, and it can go either way of a simple action taking a lot of Fabrication or a similar action but with minor changes can use a lot of Fabrication. They can almost be anyone and it is hard to determine how many you can find in a crowd, but can say there is a good hefty handful in every large crowd.

There are three known subgroups for the Deceptive:

  • The Charismatics (Charismatic, sing.)––The people who use their Fabrication to change their own and others appearances, whether that be in large or perhaps small ways. They are the ones who are more likely to be extroverts and are the ones that can help people with self-esteem issues try to get over them. After practice, holding a Fabrication on themselves or another can become second nature to the Charismatic, but they are not granted it right away. They’re not uncommon to find in the continent.

  • The Thieves (Thief, sing.)––The people who can cause themselves to disappear within crowds, and most often find themselves with more goods than what they originally planned for. They use their Fabrication to cloak themselves in a shroud of darkness for a limited amount of time; not even the most trained of Thieves can keep themselves hidden for long. They use their Fabrication to find their way into the toughest of keeps, finding the precious treasures that the owner was sure that had been locked up tight. They are pretty common amongst the streets, and often find themselves in the hands of power.

  • The Tricksters (Trickster, sing.)––The people who can use their Fabrication to create illusions with the flick of a finger. They use their Fabrication and a bit of their imagination to create what they want the world around them to see. The illusions will only work if one were in a large crowd and entertaining them in some way, even if that involves lying about their appearance or what their life is like. Depending on how well trained the Trickster is, one can keep an illusion up as long as there is an audience. They are common enough, a good dozen of them in every large body of people.

The Imaginative––These are the people who make any piece of art with their own hands or voices. They use their energy––their Creativity––to make their art come to life in a sense. They use their Creativity to come up with something to create into reality. Their workplaces for where they can use their Creativity to the fullest can be their bedrooms, their offices, or even the outdoors; but they will need to be in there to come up with the best ideas or they need to have their work––such as sketchbooks, quill and paper, or instruments with them––for their Creativity to work at its fullest. The place where they can work their Creativity to the fullest has to be a place that they are fully comfortable with, so they can be calm enough to create something. They seem to appear more in these rapidly changing times, but they are still uncommon.

There are three known subgroups for the Imaginative:

  • The Artists (Artist, sing.)––The people who make just about anything their imagination––their Creativity––allows them through the visual art, like sketching, drawing, or painting. It needs to be specific, or it may turn out to be something that they wouldn’t want. They use their Creativity to make the impossible seem possible, even if it takes a bit of their Creativity. Depending on how big their project is and how trained they are, they can use a lot or a little bit of their Creativity on the pieces of art they make.

  • The Writers (Writer, sing.)––The people who create anything through what they write or say through their Creativity; however, they need to be specific in what they write/say, because it can create the result to be something completely different than what they were originally going for. They use their Creativity through words, and it can take a lot of Creativity for them to do so. It takes a lot of concentration for them to at least say the words in a comprehensible sentence, and it takes a lot of Creativity for them to create the thing they wish to come to existence.

  • The Musicians (Musician, sing.)––The people who can change their environment or the emotions of others through the music they play or sing. Through the little Creativity they use when humming a simple tune or the large amounts of Creativity used through an instrument or a singing piece, they can change what the emotions of others are like and change the people’s views on the environment around them. It can go either way when using Creativity, but usually the small things value small results and large value to large results.

The Intellectuals––These are the people that use their own intellect––their Knowledge––to their advantage. Their Knowledge comes from the places where one can receive learning (e.g., the library). They use it for their own purposes, claiming that it’s for the greater good; at least, it is the greater good in their eyes. For a short amount of time, they can use their Knowledge to boost their learning capacity or their capacity to explore more ideas that can change the future. They can receive more learning when they are in places of learning, especially when they have their Knowledge to boost their efforts. They are uncommon in the world, and they are highly valued by politicians and even leaders of the regions, having them be close whenever they face a problem.

There are three known subgroups of the Intellectuals:

  • The Scholars (Scholar, sing.)––The people who teach the people of their Region or go out and learn more about a specific subject. They use their Knowledge on a daily basis, it mostly comes second nature to them as they teach those who wish to be taught. They are capable of teaching subjects that sometimes they don’t even know about until they start to teach it while tapping into their Knowledge. They make the unknown known, and that’s part of the reason why some of them are considered to be very valuable, because they can teach other people about different subjects or strategies of another region.

  • The Strategists (Strategist, sing.)––The people who are at the planning table when the Regions are at war, and are often found in the back of the battlefield. Most, if not all of the Regions most powerful rulers don’t go far into different Regions without at least one Strategist, and often go to them for advice when the regions are at war. They are capable of seeing almost every possibility when making a singular move in the battlefield. It can be overwhelming at times, and it takes a lot of practice to see almost all the possibilities without going insane. It takes a lot of training to become one and to use it to its full Potential.

  • The Designers (Designer, sing.)––The people who are the ones that use their Knowledge to actually create sound objects and buildings. Most, if not all of them have the ability to see the blueprints in front of them and can interact with them to some greater or lesser degree without actually having something there. It can take a lot of Knowledge to interact and even come up with the blueprints, and they need to be in a place where they are able to have access to something that will represent a building. There are a good handful in each Region, the leaders having them work on any buildings that they want to work on.

The Exhilarated––These are the people that shine in situations that require physical exertion, meaning that their passion and Talent resides there. They are probably one of the most common Talented out there, and are often found in any crowd you’d find. They use their boosts––their Stimulation––to enhance their physical––and in some cases, mental––abilities, using it to have them either react faster or think faster for a brief amount of time. Their Stimulation can be in nature, the rush of adrenaline, or out on the battlefield. They need their Stimulation to be able to enhance their abilities for a certain amount of time, or else they won’t be able to actually do it.

There are three known subgroups of the Exhilarated:

  • The Warriors (Warrior, sing.)––These are your run-of-the-mill people you’ll find either in the gangs in alleyways or in the military, and can make themselves react faster to situations. They can react faster in any type of situation, especially if they have a weapon in their hand, but they will also be fine if they don’t have one in their hands at the moment. Their Stimulation only comes in short bursts, about two to five minutes for an exact time, which enhances their physical and mental reactions to just about anything. They are the ones that are probably the most common, and are often valued in any type of situation.

  • The Acrobats (Acrobat, sing.)––The people who use their Stimulation for more physical rather than mental, and can use it for longer rather than a short burst with the Warriors. They can only have one attribute that they can enhance (e.g., running faster, moving more fluidly, ect.). You can find them sprinkled in the common folk, and they will be the ones that can, for example, run faster than most people. They are the ones that focus on one physical attribute to enhance rather than all of them at once in a short burst.

  • The Survivors (Survivor, sing.)––The people who use their Stimulation to have themselves be more aware of their surroundings and in some cases are able to survive longer than the regular Huyatian. They truly shine in the wilderness or at least the outdoors, someplace open where they can have a view around them. It can be ‘on’ almost all the time, but it takes training for a Survivor to be able to use their Talent outside of their element. You can find them living alone or with others of their kind, mostly in the slums.

[Note: People can have multiple subgroups in one of these groups of Talented, but keep in mind that we do not want super overpowered people here. Maybe make them a “jack-of-all-trades, but master of none,” but not a god. Another thing is that one does not need to have a subgroup to be one of the Talented; rather, it’s just an idea and what the people of Huyat have already identified]

She is also very skilled with the quarter staff, a martial artist with it.

With them, Hyn learned to have better control over her Talent with not connecting to others spirits when touching them; they also taught her self defense with a quarter staff, and she pursued to learn more of the martial art, eventually having mastery over it. She was sent to Validus as a representative of the monks with the Prophet situation, but she also has wondered what happened with her family after she left.

By the right as of the rp master that's not a thing, I don't think lol, I'm thinking about giving you permission; however, let me know via pms what your plan is with your character and what you're trying to go for. As I've said in the op, the rare cases are usually carted off to the capital so I would like to know how your character managed to get around that. Pm me about it, please.

The Eastern Ikuyoian government, however, is actively looking for her though the whole prophet situation is taking up more of their time.

Is this okay? Also, should we start?

Name: Belle

Age:12

Ethnicity: Eastern Ikuyoian

Physical Appearance: White feathered wings, long darker blond hair with lighter blonde and off-whiteish highlights (goes past her waist). Dark blue eyes and pretty short. She wears simple trousers, tucked in shirt, and sneakers. She wears a long baggy coat to hide her wings. She likes to wear a baseball style cap. Always carries a backpack.

Skills: Acrobatic in balancing. She's kind of strong (not like super strong or abnormally strong or anything) and flexible.

Enneagram Type: 6 wing 5 (I think)

Personality: Aware of her surroundings, suspicious of people, jumpy, loyal, trustworthy, and kind of shy.

Backstory: Since she has wings, she was sent to the capitol when she was very little. When she was 5, she was kidnapped by a Western Ikuyoian group who hated the Eastern Ikuyoians and hoped to make some cash. They kidnapped her discreetly, so no one knew where she went. The group raised her for a few years before revealing themselves to the Eastern Ikuyoian government. The group's plan was to bargain her for a large sum of money and kill her after receiving the money. After a while of bargaining and sorting out the details, they finally settled on a price and time to make the exchange. During this time, a member of the group grew to like Belle and wanted her out of harm's way. This member secretly helped Belle escape before the exchange could take place. The group is furious at having lost her. After a few months of searching for Belle, they give up. The Eastern Ikuyoian government, however, is actively looking for her though the whole prophet situation is taking up more of their time.

This looks fine to me. I have no idea when we should start, since I should make a character and I also have finals to take care of.

Could I be a Survivor guard for one of the Counselors? Since we don't have anyone playing any of them.

I mean, I can be one if that's what you're asking. I'll make one as soon as I have some time after doing some finals stuff.

I’ll take that as I need to start.

Spoiler

Here’s my character:

Name: Hyn Eisoku

Age: 19

Ethnicity: Honqip/Western Ikuyoian

Physical Appearance: She has short rich black hair that falls down to the base of her neck, often up in a high tail with a braided pattern on top. Her eye color reflects a bright gold, making it easy to remember them. She is 5’ 5”, and can hold herself to be slightly taller than what she is. Her skin color seems to be a mix of a light fairness to a tanned complexion. She has dark blue tattoos of almost ‘arrow’ shapes that can be seen from her forehead, hands, and feet. She usually wears monk clothing, which consists of robes of and tunics reference the D&D monk clothing. She keeps a quarter staff with her at all times.

Talent/Skills: Counselor (Spiritualist). She Connects with another’s spirit when she touches them, but she has grown to shut the connection down when she is in crowds of people. She can manipulate one’s inner energy, or spirit if you will, but she uses that on very rare occasions; when she does use it, her energy is depleted for a good day or two. She is also very skilled with the quarter staff, a martial artist with it.

Personality: A reserved person, only speaking when spoken to. She is a calm person, but her emotions often get the best of her when.

Backstory: She was born in the city of Validus, with Honqip and Western Ikuyoian parents and one sibling, a brother named Sugita. As her parents came to find out that she was Talented and more importantly a Counselor, they weren’t sure what to do with her. They knew that they needed to take care of her in the best way possible, but they knew that they weren’t the most qualified, so they were left with the option of sending her to the mountains when she was seven, where she became a monk with the other Counselors.

Hyn Eisoku walked the busy streets of Validus, avoiding people as much as she can. She couldn’t touch anyone now, she didn’t need to make any Connections with anyone here right now. It was the last thing she wanted. The monks did teach her to control her Talent when she makes contact with anyone, but they also advised her to avoid touching people just in case. It was going to be difficult in Validus, but it was doable and she at least had some practice from the monastery. One could never be too careful with Talents; there was so much for anyone to understand about it.

People passed right and left of her, giving her some glances before continuing on their way. It was expected, because a Counselor Monk doesn’t just simply walk into Validus without one noticing. It didn’t help that she was wearing her monk clothing, not to mention her tattoos on her forehead and hands and the quarter staff she had on hand. She stuck out like a sore thumb with all of these people who wore long trench coats and suits, but she figured out to not care about them and what they might think of her being here in the city.

Just need to analyze the Prophet situation, she thought, avoiding another person as she looked up at the towering buildings. Then go back home at the monastery. Validus doesn’t need me after that.

Through the white clouds, the sun shone through, blinding her for a moment. That moment of blindness was when she bumped into someone, making a Connection almost immediately and instinctively.

She was looking down at a young woman. The small monk cowered, clutching her staff tightly when she squeezed her eyes shut, muttering to herself. She couldn’t hear the words, but they were of apology, no doubt. The monk backed away, now clutching her head in pain. Honestly, she had more important things to do than worry over some monk. Why she was here, that was another story that would most likely appear on the paper. This monk was the least of her worries. She had to go to her job, so she could feed her family. Her family was going through hard times, she didn’t have the time to sit down and humor this monk with strange tattoos.

How pathetic, she thought, passing the monk without a second thought. I have a job to––

Hyn Disconnected.

She found herself on her hands and knees, breathing shallowly as she stared at the ground. People seemed to crowd her, but in reality, they were only passing her while giving her sympathetic glances. These people were too much, why did she ever agree to come here? She knew that the Prophet Situation was something that the monks needed to be taken care of, and understood it, but why send her with her Talent like this and barely any control over her emotions? She may be the youngest master, but there were some things that she obviously needed to work on.

Hyn looked up, trying to find the sun, but only finding more people passing her. She let out a shaky breath, still hyperventilating slightly.

I'm just going to introduce my character.

Taniala was walking down a street, when she saw a monk struggling on the ground. She rushed over. Why isn't anyone helping?! Well, I'm not going to just ignore someone who seems to need help. She walked over to the monk. "Do you need help?" She said, concerned.

“Through the chaos, there is my Talent. Through my Talent, I can achieve peace,” Hyn muttered to herself, eventually calming down as she exhaled deeply. “Through peace, I can find my purpose.”

She looked up at the person who spoke, her panicked expression gone. She looked to be at peace when she picked her quarter staff from the ground and rose to her feet. “I’m sorry you had to see that,” she said, calmly. “Usually I have more control. Again, I’m sorry. I’m just trying to figure more about the Prophet and what happened to them.”
