Renarin can "capture" a moment?

So... I am still reading RoW. Been pretty busy and can't stay focused on things for too long but that isn't important.

I am on page 668 where Renarin finally gets to speak and he says this "he'd (glys or Renarin?) captured this vision as it came, so they could study it"

this begs the question. Is Renarin's visions/ "episodes" examples of illumination perhaps? He has said he can't illumination at all like shallan yet in this sentence, he does something exactly like what shallan which is capture a moment to then replicate it using her lightweaving. What if Renarins version of illumination is his ability to see the possible future?

That makes a lot of sense. After all, a regular Truthwatcher would have the surge of Illumination, like Lightweavers. For Corrupted/Enlightened truthwatchers, they've got some Odium-ized version of Illumination, seeing the future. So I think any similarities between Void-Illumination and Illumination are probably deliberate.

It's actually Glys that's doing it:

Quote

Around Renarin, the stained glass windows began to crumble. It took Stormlight and effort by Glys to re-create them—and he was plainly getting tired. Gradually, Renarin’s world became normal.

Sanderson, Brandon. Rhythm of War (The Stormlight Archive) . Tom Doherty Associates. Kindle Edition.

Which is interesting; it's almost like Glys is the Radiant and Renarin is the spren. But Renarin can materalize a Blade, so it might not be quite that simple.
