Yessss, cheese is the best! I haven't had very many kinds but colby jack, cheddar, and mozzarella are good enough for me, they're delicious!

My favorite cheese is brie. Haven't had it much (only like twice), but I still love it.

After that comes gouda, then sharp cheddar, all the other cheddars, colby jack, mozzarella.

I've never liked swiss tho...

And blue cheese is not good. Worse than swiss.

I've tried brie... twice. I don't know why. I think it's nasty. Most other cheeses are good, though.

I'm not the biggest fan of cheese, but I'll still enjoy it.  My mom however, LOVES cheese.  Has anyone tried apples with cheddar?  She says it's delicious....

I love cheese bro

For simple snacking, i love a firmish but tender goat cheese. For pairing with, like, triscuit crackers or savory crackers like that, definitely chedder. For having on a cheese board, definitely warmed brie with jam and crackers (not savory ones).

So uh listen. I like cheese on burgers, pizza, etc. not really sandwiches. or plain.

I'm also lactose intolerant so I can't really eat cheese without taking some special pills first so... yeah.
