I'd invest in low income areas, allowing them to evolve. I'd establish international databases that allow people to find jobs, and regulate companies like google. Why not people eating fish in general? Is it because some obnoxious little kid put a piece of fishstick on a hook when fishing and you ate it, not realizing what it was, then you hear the kid laughing and saying, "Mommy, this fish is a cannibal!"
