I sort of doubt it'll be a chapter-by-chapter basis. Dawnshard is supposedly pretty short, and there's already a crunch involved if he wants it out by mid-October; there's no exact release date since he's still writing it, but that's the estimated time. However, if they needed to push it to the week before Rhythm of War, I don't know anyone who would complain. Overall there's just no time for a sort of weekly release, and the size seems to be too small to really encourage it. We're supposed to get the ebook for Dawnshard before RoW, but that still depends on Brandon getting it completed in a timely fashion. He's usually good at sticking to a schedule but he's not perfect.
