With a bit of work you could probably put some surgebinding in there as well. We actually do not know how the medallions themselves are made. Creating an Allomantic medallion would require an unsealed metalmind (rather than an unkeyed metalmind, which is a metalmind created by a Feruchemist while storing Identity so any Feruchemist with the relevant power can access it). Unsealed metalminds use Nicrosil, which stores Investiture itself, so anyone can use it. We also don't know what excisors are yet, which are tools involved in the creation of medallions.
