Dancer Posted April 10, 2020 Report Share Posted April 10, 2020 So I just recently found this WoB. Questioner Does bronze detect Investiture or only Allomancy? Brandon Sanderson Investiture. It can be used for other things. But like most detection methods, it doesn't look for wells of power, it looks for power that's being used, generally. You get enough power together, and bronze will be able to find it no matter what. This brings up the question, would a bronze Seeker be able to detect the Highstorms on Roshar? No one but Vin was able to detect the WoA as it was being filled and that was a lot of Investiture but it wasn't kinetic. (though they tend to resonate with Allomancers regardless) the mists themsleves are kind off just there not exaclty sure if they count as kinetic meaning there doing something youd defintatly get a bronze pulse when it snaps someone or some one draws them in though although back to the high storm doesnt really seem to be much of a point to try and detect it with bronze its like trying to find a hurricane with a flash light in the dark youd defintly notice would be usueful to find out if its invested i suppose maybe could detect it a day or a few early depending on the allomancers range 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
