Frustration
So if say someone had a spike in their arm, and a Shardblade severs that arm, would they lose the spikes benefit?

I think so. Shardblades cut the soul and spikes are placed on certain bind points to spike a certain part of the soul. Now, that's not to say you can't just respike yourself on another bind point for the same effect Edited March 31, 2020 by Eternal Khol
1 The_God_King
since removing a spike removes the powers I would assume you would lose the power. The question I have is: does your soul become attached to the spike? Since it’s attached to the spike already does ones soul hook on in any meaningful way? 0 Karger
Seems like a decent assumption. Pulling the spike out does the same thing.
0 RShara
Yeah, I'd say so. It's just like losing your arm normally.
0 ftl
I would guess not. Removing the spike seems like it works, so cutting it out should work too.
