I recently created my account *cough*in January*cough*, and am happy to dive into all sorts of Cosmere information. I stared tWoK last fall and finished OB this last spring and have since got through Warbreaker, started Elantris, and almost done with Era 1 (just started HoA). Most importantly, I have successful determined that this is my favorite universe. Shy as Vin, emotionally destabilized as Szeth, about as eccentric as Wit, while contemplating as much as Hrathen. Hopefully that made enough sense. As one does, any questions are welcome and I promise I won't (hopefully) get too much wrong in my first week. Journey before destination. There's a lot of characters I'm cycling through my head now and I love all of them for their arcs. I guess I'll split this, one for one I emotionally dislike and one that just annoys me based on how the character has been/was objectively written. The first I would say I just don't like them is Moash (obvious reasons) or Dockson (Who, I believe, was the one who didn't like Elend, and that bothers me). However, I can narratively understand them and accept that it's their well written characters. I'm assuming if they aren't already dead? NB because I'm afraid he would cause more harm than good currently. You can save all of the known Shardworlds... well almost all (including all inhabited minor ones, except Braize). The bad news is that you will have to leave one world behind to face inevitable destruction, which one would be the unlucky Shardworld that you would sacrifice to save the rest? Scadrial for one specific reason. And it was fun to read Nale’s and Lift’s conversation at the end in Edgedancer. But if I could go back and read any scene/section it would be the scene with Dalinar bringing all the realms together, Kal and Szeth zooming around with Lift, Jasnah using different surges, Rock shooting the shardbow, and Dalinar confronting Odium/The thrill (because I can’t spell the Unmade’s name). and I will come back if it changes by the end. Now I’m ultra curious... time to get back to reading All awesome scenes, for me, I'll also add all the interludes, plus Alendi's journals, some stuff that are spoilers , the Bridgecrews scenes were really impactful, Lift listening to Nale, Eshonai's fall, everything Shai! No, isn't it connected to Elantris? Edit: I just checked Arcanum Unbounded and saw that it doesn't directly spoil Elantris. I just assumed that I would need to read it afterwards.
