For example, if my Tags list says "Hemalurgy" and "Allomancy", it shows some that just have allomancy and some that just have hemalurgy, and some with both. I think that will give you what you want. https://wob.coppermind.net/adv_search/?query=allomancy%2Bhemalurgy The "+" will exclude any results that don't include both words.
