The other ascenders make sense but Kelsier only held the power during the events of Secret History and only for a few days at most. It's the best explanation, as, once Harmony picked up Preservation, he would have seen the history of the power, same as Vin, including Kell pick it up (which, if Vin had looked, she could probably have seen it as well), plus seeing Ruin having messed with everything and talked to Kell, meaning he got a double-dose. 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
