If you’re on mobile it’s hard to find. Otherwise it shows right up.

You can always look on Reddit in r/stormlightarchive

Machine.  Fabrial would imply that he had a spren doing the work for him.  Also Fabrails are a subset of machines.

Oh, I GOT IT! The Sanderbots are actually FABRIALS! Brandon catches spren (maybe the Brandonspren, maybe the creationspren?) and uses them to power the Sanderbots.

It'd probably be both. Creationspren to power the fabrial, Brandonspren/cosmerespren to focus that creation onto his own works.
