Dusk returned from his field trip. The tower was done. As a matter of fact, the 50 meter tall wall around the base was done to. The lifless had also set up several thousand tents and  sheds across the top, and had started turning the watchtower into more of a castle. Maybe telling them, "Finish this place" was to unclear of an instruction? Well it worked. It looked an awful lot like a city, actually. The fiend returned. Dusk saw an eagle fly away from the docking release hatch. No matter. He had the lifeless remove the cannon and set it up over the watchtower, on a support system. It would be an anti-massive-over-powered-walker gun. He called the precursors, and told them that they were to police his city. Free labor is always nice. He posted an add on the Alleyzon add service. Citizens Wanted. He  waited a bit, and had a large group of civilians at his door in a week. The citadel city was officially open!

The whiper cell tree has grown enough that whiper relay stations have been placed around the perimeter, to stop any teleporters from getting in. The Weather, and Anti-Alleymatic trees have started. They are currently much to small to be of use, but in a while will be large enough to crete blanket effects. The tents have been replaced with semitericical huts, and construction of stone houses has begun. The mines have been expanded. The Fiend has been moved into the mines, and is now creating a complex tunnel system. The tower is now 300 meters tall and has a 75 meter perimeter. The cannon on top is being supported by a multitude of steel construction supports. The Precursor station is complete, for now.

Entry 2

The wall has been raised another fifty meters, and now stands 150 meters tall. The whiper net can disable epic powers across the entire city and it has a permanent teleportation block. The weather control, and anti alleymatic cell trees are now large enough to create 100 square meters of weather, or alleymatics less areas. The Breadmunks have escaped. Almost all huts have been made into stone houses, and many more houses have been added. The tower has expanded to be 500 meters tall, and 100 meters in diameter, with four smaller 100 meters by 15 meter towers around it. The mines now have a network of mine rails, and minecarts through out them, and a influx of new workers have come to mine. The resident Koloss clan has expanded slightly, and the drillers are in full functionality. The Fiend has been fully demilitarized. The cannon has been lifted to fit the tower's height, which increases it's range, and it has it's own power core of electricity aons, set to self destruct if tampered with. No this would not destroy the gun. Also, a ring of twenty exterior watchtowers have been set up 800 meters out from the city itself, manned, and with their own motivators. AA guns have been put through the area around, and in, the city, and hangers have been constructed to hold planes, military and shipping alike.

Entry 3

The wall now stands at 200 meters tall and is 20 meters thick. The weather control and anti alleymatic motivators can now affect the entire city, with accuracy of 50 meters. The whiper relays have been spread throughout the city so any section can disable epic powers at any time. The shield as been supported to be able to stop a class 7 investiture bomb. The breadmunks have taken up permanent residence in the fields and trees surrounding the citadel. All huts have been turned into stone and almost all space as been filled. The first two story houses have begun construction. The tower is now 1,000 meters tall and 250 meters in diameter. The smaller towers have been made into 300 meters tall, and 75 meters in diameter, with several connectors going in between them and the main tower. The cannon is now fully supported by the tower. The mines have gone down 3,000 meters, and have a lot of bridges throughout them. Now hundreds of tons metal are mined every month. The road to Alleycity has been begun.

Entry 4

The smaller towers are now 400 by 100 meters and the connectors between them have been expanded, and have had roofs put on them. The twenty exterior towers have been completed with a diameter of 75 and a height of 250, and their cannons are fully operational. The main cannon is now able to turn slowly with a targeting system. The mines have a complex system of bridges and mine rails and it outputs 10 tons per week. The mines are now also 4,000 meters deep. The deep la as ben suspended in the mines, and Dusk is now doing all of his most sensitive experiments there.

Entry 5/timeskip recap.

The Wall has been finished at 2,000 meters tall, and 750 meters thick. The Motivators can hit with an accuracy of 1 meter. The shield can now stop a class 10 investiture bomb, without blowing out. The breadmunks appear to have evolved and now live several hundred kilometer out from the Citadel. The tower is now 5,000 meters tall and 1,200 in diameter. The smaller towers aren now 4,000 meters by 900 meters. The bridges in stone are now complete and interlock between all the towers. The mines are now incredibly deep and expansive and output thousands of tons of metal, rock, and gemstones every week. A large amount of people have taken to living in in the mines in a complex hut and bridge system. The Precursor station is now a 750 meter tall tower that is 150 metes in diameter, and holds several hundred Precursors, and administers all the other stations.

Entry 6

The entire city is now a series of two story houses and bridges. The motivators can hit with an accuracy of 75 centimeters. The web of houses in the mines is now several dozen stories down and is growing randomly, as people just build in it. The Mines are deeper, and many branch off mines have been made. Their is now a factory in the far west side of the city, as the houses were rendered uninhabitable in a fire fight between Capone and the Precursors. A Series of massive warehouses have been made beyond the wall, and have there own 250 meter tall inclosure. On the east and south sides several undred saplings have been planted, and growth fabrials have been spread throughout the area.

Public Dusk Experiments

Spoiler

Motivator Tree: Despite it's name, this is not a tree. It operates under the idea that, since motivators are cell cultures, you can make the cell culture grow. Therefore, if you make a cell culture grow, you then have an infinite supply of motivators. This process is incredibly slow, but it's speed increases exponentially.

Anti Alleymatics: This is caused using a motivator of an epic who can manipulate brain functions. This motivator is incredibly weak, and only allows for basic limitations, but it does do the same thing as a high power electromagnetic signature, stopping higher brain functions, like those required for Alleymatics, without the imminent death draw back.

Breadmunks: This is the experiment that Dusk is currently working on, which combines spirit web manipulation, with gene changes, to try and cause chipmunks to hybridise with bread, and gain intelligence, to become a noble race of Breadmunks. They escaped into the neighboring hills, and are now an indigenous lifeform.

Breath Gemstone Stormlight Sequencing: This is the theory that if you were to awaken a gemstone to produce investiture and stormlight it would provide an unlimited amount of stormlight. It has not been tested, and Dusk does not believe it will work, but it is a theory that exists in the Citadel Scientific community. Failure.

Misting Motivators: This chi the theory that if you take a bit of misting DNA and charge it with stormlight, or another form of investiture, it will burn metal, and function as if it is still attached to a misting. It has not been tested.

Larkin Hybridization: This is a project tha Dusk has been working on to mix Larkins with apes using advanced scientific procedures, in an attempt to make an ape that can eat investiture. It is currently in very early testing.

A couple weeks after the final events of the Great game. Walker is dueling Lusk, and the Thieves are in the middle of their Alleyzon heist. It will stay modern though, which is why I didn't put an era two in the title. Dusk is now more of the scientist kind than an evil scientist bent on world domination now. Of course, he sees himself as the chief administrator, not king.

A lifeless guard walked over to the lizard man and guided him to the DJ hut.

"Use one of these muscic in the Citadel. The score, All good things, Zayde Wolf, Imagine Dragons, Fall out boy(I like some of their songs), thousand foot crutch, Hamilton, and Jaxson Gamble. Not disco!" Dusk said, "Unless I'm not here. Speaking of which, I probably should go watch my best friend's duel."

"Hello," The sentinel said, "What is the purpose of your visit?" The precursors walked by him, and moved into the city.

He smiled eerily. "I've been told this is a city. I want to massacre everyone in it and hang them from the walls for the ravens to eat over the next week, then destroy the city in a blaze of fire live in the city, and kill everyone and everything interact with my knives, into others bodies neighbors!"

Ark, I find this hilarious, but don't destroy my city. If you want to, please wait until we have enough time to get a real defence up.

"Well then, your welcome to live here. Remember, if you break the law, the precursors will arrest you and lock you in the citadel for all eternity. Have fun!"

Quote

Don't kill anybody. Don't attack soldiers. Don't steal from people. Don't criticize the music. And finally, don't break the city. Those are pretty much the laws, that we have so far.

A tall, mysterious stranger appeared suddenly in the midst of the citadel, brandishing an illogical number of forks which he immediately began stabbing into the shins of anyone who wasn't a soldier, ensuring that each stab was nonlethal.

"I found a loophole! Apparently this isn't illegal!"

The man began giggling madly and continued running around the citadel stabbing shins.

The mysterious stranger immediately stopped stabbing peoples shins. He sat on the ground and pondered a moment before jumping up in glee.

He swapped his forks out for psi-forks, which would cause all the pain of having been stabbed with a fork, with none of the physical injury, and would not fall under the definition of assault as being defined as the application or threat of inflicting bodily harm on another.

He once more set about around him, stabbing people in the shins with his psi-forks.

The man smiled, stepping into the Citadel. "Are you ready to die in a blaze of balefire and never return? make friends? I'm a generally murderous and insane nice person!" He smiled, then went into the city, enslaving citizens, because that wasn't illegal.

How are you enslaving them without assaulting them?

Dusk returned, made Slavery illegal, and kicked out anyone with slaves. He also made harassment illegal, and gave Thel executive power. He then went to the watchtower and started drafting a code of laws.
