2 Nathrangking
Per the coppermind: Species Larkin World Roshar Featured In The Stormlight Archive Appearance and Personality[edit] When Rysn received her, Chiri-Chiri was about the size of the palm of her hand. She looks like a winged cremling with a head reminiscent of an axehound but with solid silver eyes.[2] Chiri-Chiri eats Stormlight by perching on or hovering over an infused sphere and sucking the light out in a stream. She can also eat Voidlight. Rysn has to keep a close eye on her or she will sneakily eat the light from the spheres Rysn relies on for light or to power her fabrials. When she's not eating, she likes to nap in Rysn's pot of grass and to perch on the lintel above the door. However, if the need arises, she is also protective of Rysn. Chiri-Chiri makes a variety of clicking noises with her jaw to communicate.[1]
1 Gasper
Cremling is basically the Rosharian version of the word "bug". Chiri-Chiri is to a Cremling as a dragon is to a lizard. Still an animal, but magnitudes of difference in what they can do.
0 Scion of the Mists
Yeah, like Nathrangking posted, the Coppermind is a great resource for these kind of questions. It's basically the Cosmere version of Wikipedia. Chiri-Chiri is a Larkin, a very rare species native to Aimia that has the ability to drain Investiture. Whether or not they're considered cremlings is actually a tricky question because, while they're distinct from "normal" cremlings, that's the phrase that Rosharans use for all small animals.
