This does not look too good as the last Lord Prelan was a deadbeat dad and slooted around with those poor mistreated Skaa. Therefore I shall revitalize the Steel Ministry by spiking everyone in the Ministry with some common sense and decency until, I, Hoid move on to some such other title.
