Do you think he was there for the whole time the reod was going on? did the reod affect the difficulty of getting to Sel with the cognitive realm? The Reod doesn't affect the difficult to travel into Sel's CR About how long Hoid was in the city, I remember him making a reference to how long was there...I believe it was years but I can't be sure.
