Lord ruler has no atium. The Heralds are Stormlight boosted by Ishar. Basically Immortal Fullborn or Immortal Heralds.

With gold and steel compounding alone the Lord ruler is invincible. Forget about anything else.

Well, the problem here is that there's 10 Heralds and 1 Lord Ruler, and that the Heralds are insane. Although the sort of conversation between an insane Ishar and the Lord Ruler would be interesting (from a distance).

I have said it before and I will say it again,The Lord Ruler wins literally every fight. Doesn't matter the circumstances, he still wins

Every time... TLR can heal Shardblade wounds with gold compounding. They literally can't hurt him. He can move faster than can be seen with steel. The Heralds die, and even if they hit him he heals. 

Fullborn win unless they're stupid. Always.

First of all, Ishar could not boost anyone. But if we are talking of the Heralds in the ancient times...they were fueled directly by Honor so they have access to unlimited Investiture (but still I believe there is a limit in how much Investiture you could have in a specific moment).

For the rest I agree with @Calderis unless TLR understimate them, he would win...by the way, once he see they could heal, he could One shot them performing Hemalurgy in them.
