Calderis Posted November 26, 2017 Report Share Posted November 26, 2017 Whether Gavilar founded them or not is unknown, but I believe there's a line that says Gavilar brought them to greater prominence, so I find that unlikely. The main reason for Restares viewed as being their leader, as far as I am aware, is Amaram consistently reporting his actions to him, and seemingly taking direction from him. Add in that his is one of the names that Gavilar threw out while dying as a possible person to have killed him, and he had to be in a position that Gavilar's death would benefit him. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So it’s very probable that Restares is a leader now, but the question is was he also the leader when Gavilar was alive?
