Maybe we could get a scene where she tells Dalinar or Shallan the oaths she's said so far, so we can get a sense of what Elsecallers are about. We haven't heard their oaths, but we know they prize logic above emotion. And of course I can't find the WoB that's based off of right now. Dalinar reclaim Oathbringer - realize it is the blade's true name and that it is an ancient Bondsmith's blade. (the name screams Bondsmith). Dalinar uses it to help heal the Stormfather and claim the full powers of Bondsmith. I personally don't think so as he didn't embody the ideals of the Windrunners. I think it has to do with their willingness to follow Kaladin's orders and take his word as final. Moash had his doubts and didn't really treat Kaladin as a leader like the others did and do.
