I believe you could do that, IF you also mutated the beaver with spikes so it was very intelligent. Otherwise there is only one other way it could be an evil beaver overlord. Would said beaver become Death’s assistant? Also, would said beaver also have a life span proportionate to that of HUMAN Inquisitors, or just as long? They have a block separating their Cognitive aspect from integrating properly with the physical, and spikes bypass that.
