However, I am confused about one thing: Is there only 44 Seons, one for each Aon, or are there seons that share aons? The One Who Connects Posted April 11, 2017 Report Share Posted April 11, 2017 (edited) Elantris Ars Arcanum equates Aons with words, rather than letters. By that logic, you could have nearly as many Aons as there are words in a dictionary. Brandon has also said that unlike Spren, the Seons and Skaze are not that common, so I feel that 1 Seon per Aon seems reasonable. Edit: Additionally, the Coppermind page currently lists 62 Aons.
