It's all the way back in 2004 when he was doing the copy edit of Elantris. There's not much here but I just was immediately reminded of the Alactraz powers and thought I would share it. Also found the first mention of Alcatraz on the site here, exactly seven months later. I wonder if it actually did play a part in the creation of Alcatraz.
