That night, the messenger stood to return with his report back to the Corporation Headquarters. He then heard a boom sound throughout the night. A shot! Someone was shooting at him. He ducked down and started to run.

His bag spilled open. A vial of atium broke open against a rock.

"Look! That's not his atium." One of the Miners hissed. He pulled up his gun and shot after the messenger. The bullet hit the messenger's leg and the messenger crashed onto the ground. The Miner who shot at the messenger pulled themselves out of the cleft where they'd hid themselves.

Then shot the messenger in the head.

"Rustin' corporates." Another Miner said.

"Revenge is sweet," said the first as another bullet caught both of them in the back.

The sharpshooter put their pistol back in their pocket and took the messenger's report back to the headquarters.

"Yes, it is," said the Corporate.

Likewise.

Now, there appears to be a distinct lack of meaningful conversation occurring.

I'm not sure how much of that is to do with timezones, and how much is to do with free PMs, but we do need activity in thread to force the eliminators to expose themselves.

On the issue of PMs, be very careful what you say - even revealing your atium/items can give the eliminators a target at this point in time - they get the atium of those they attack.

On that note, I'm going to call out Joe. Would you care to explain how telling you our items and atium helps the village?

How else to you propose to find the eliminators? Without information they can easily hide and win from the background. Without cop roles, catching someone in a lie is the easiest way to figure out who is good and who is evil.

If you can give me a reason to trust you I would gladdly tell you my plan.
