Where does Shadows for Silence fit chronologically?

According to wiki, a rough chronological ordering of current Cosmere works is:

  • Elantris and The Hope of Elantris
  • The Emperor's Soul
  • Mistborn Era 1
  • Warbreaker
  • The Stormlight Archive
  • Mistborn Era 2
  • Sixth of the Dusk, which is in the age of Era 4 Mistborn books, the science fiction trilogy

But where does Shadows for Silence in the Forests of Hell fit in the above list? Is there any WoB regarding this? If not, any theories regarding it's timeline?

You can check the chronology on the wiki: HERE. It says "Shadows for Silence comes in the latter half of the chronology, but before the Stormlight Archive".

Here is the WoB:

DARNIIL

Shadows for Silence - where does it fall in the overall cosmere timeline, in relation to the other books?

BRANDON SANDERSON

[Paraphrased]In the latter half of things, but before the Stormlight Archive.
