Ataraxian Wist
1. Assuming we don't really care how someone got a hold of one, could a Cognitive Shadow be Stored in a Nicrosilmind? 2. Assuming No.1, what would happen if that Nicrosilmind was Burned? The Young Pyromancer
Is the reason Renarin is grayed out in Tarravaughian's (I know I spelled it wrong) vision because his future sight makes him harder to predict? If RAFO'ed, can we have a percentage chance it's correct? About the others of its kind thing earlier, is it possible that Calamity is also part of this greater Sanderverse? Can we get a term for a medium-strength Epic? Edited September 18, 2018 by The Young Pyromancer

The Young Pyromancer
I know. And neither is the Cosmere Reckonerverse. But they both might be Sander-verse, as hinted at by the one WOB about urges and demi-urges that is really confusing. But probably not, hence the face. Borio Singaldi
1. Do people stop growing hair once they are transformed into Inquisitors? Because it would make sense for everyone in the Lord Ruler's Steel Ministry to have their heads shaved due to policy, but once Ruin took control of Inquisitors, we never get any mention of any of them, let alone Marsh specifically, having long, scraggly hair and beards. Because Ruin controlled Marsh for, like, two years. So was Ruin just pedantic enough to make sure that his elite minions had their heads shaved continually for the looks of it? Or does the process of turning a person into an Inquisitor stunt their hair growth? Or was this just a simple oversight in writing? 2. How did Preservation create the Terris Prophecies? We know that they came from him, but in what way(s) did Preservation directly interact with Terris Worldbringers to make these prophecies known unto them? Because we know he couldn't just speak into their minds, because that was Ruin's thing, whereas Preservation can only hear thoughts. And it's not like those people were already Connected to him from personally knowing Leras before his Ascension, because unlike the other Shardworlds having human immigrants from Yolen, Preservation and Ruin created life on Scadrial. So how did Preservation, as a force of stasis, manage to directly interact with the early humans that became the Worldbringers? Did he directly carve the words into physical objects like stone or steel with his special knife he uses to interact with the Physical Realm (i.e. stabbing Elend and cutting corners off Sazed's texts), or was he able to write and/or change words like Ruin could back when he (Preservation) was at full mental capacity, or did he create the Prophecies the Terris people knew by some other means? Isilel
1. Is Hoid a Ferring? - I am sure that he is, given his goal of connecting to the magical systems of all Shards, but it would be nice to get a confirmation, which would also furnish more basis for speculation about the means by which SouthScad Ferrings came into being, as well as how Kelsier managed to create The Bands of Mourning. It might be necessary to make clear that the question has nothing to do with Hoid's means of accessing Fortune - as Sanderson has already said that he is using a different mechanism for that. 2. Do singers have significantly longer life-spans than humans? - That would explain a lot of things that otherwise seem like world-building omissions, like lack of listener children in Eshonai's chapters in WoR, Sah's mate becoming very valuable due to her fertility after having just one kid, etc. It would also provide one more point of conflict between the species back when the endless wars started, as humans would have seemed particularly fickle and untrustworthy to the ancient singers, as new generations of humans questioned or rejected agreements made by their elders. The Young Pyromancer
Not if you are wielding him. Maybe we should ask what would happen if a Nicrosil burner wielded him instead of touched. Also, what would happen if Hoid got Nightblood? Would Nightblood kill Hoid? Would they go on a rampage? Stark
Cryptics always seem to express as a pattern in the Physical Realm. We often see them drawn as a shifting pattern with rotational symmetry - usually with between six and eight 'arms' of symmetry. If Sja-Anat were to corrupt a cryptic, how would it appear in the Physical realm? Would it still look like a pattern, just a different type? No longer with rotational symmetry? Would it be asymmetric? Would look like a fractal?
