The band members are religious, and some of their songs definitely have that kind of influence, but they're not as overt as most Christian bands are, and I feel they're more honest about religion and life. "Fin," the one I quoted in my sig, is about parents who prize their ministry over their children and all of the struggles that come from that. And many of their songs aren't religious at all, though their musical style is awesomely innovative. The song lyrics in italics are a nice aesthetic touch, but the lack of color overall holds the signature back from being truly great. I give it four-and-a-half sparkles.
